Timothy Reseigh, PA-C

T.J. graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2008 as a certified Physician Assistant. From 2008 to 2019, he worked as a Physician Assistant in Dr. Vidal’s previous practice, Orthopedic Associates. T.J. rotated quarterly with all the various surgeons in the practice including sports medicine, total joint, hand, foot & ankle, and trauma call. He joined Dr. Vidal at the Steadman Clinic in August of 2019 with a passion for sports medicine. Prior to PA school, T.J. graduated from Metro State University with B.S. in Athletic Training. As an athletic trainer, he worked in multiple settings: professional, collegiate, high school, and clinical. He had the pleasure of also working for the Colorado Avalanche from 1995 to 2006 and being a part of two Stanley Cup teams.

A native of Colorado, T.J. resides in Eagle with his wife Kelly and his son Nolan. Kelly works for a non-profit educational organization, PBL Works. She helps develop educational programs that many schools around the world implement. With her success, T.J. and Nolan have had the opportunity to travel the globe along with her. Nolan will be a 4th grader at Brush Creek this year. He keeps T.J. and Kelly busy with his many sports and activities. His favorite sport is hockey during the winter. As a family they enjoy spending time together, traveling and being outdoors. They are diehard Colorado Avalanche and Denver Broncos fans and winning is a must! T.J. also enjoys cooking, golfing, and playing hockey himself.

Lindsay Aston, PA-C

Lindsay is a recent graduate from Colorado Mesa University Master of Physician Assistant Program and will begin her PA career at The Steadman Clinic. As a previous NCAA volleyball player at TCU, it has always been a dream of hers to work at a world renowned orthopedic institute treating other athletes. She received her B.S. in Kinesiology from TCU and has vast exposure to various therapy and rehab modalities. In her previous experience working as an EMT at a hospital with a large orthopedic patient load, Lindsay provided immediate medical assistance to patients with acute orthopedic injuries. As a San Diego native, Lindsay enjoys the outdoors and is happy to trade the beach for the mountains. She currently resides in Eagle with her fiancé Randy and their two dogs. Lindsay is looking forward to enhancing the lives of our patients by promoting orthopedic excellence, optimizing physical performance, and aiding those on the road to recovery as part of Dr. Vidal’s team.

Samantha Genno

Samantha Genno, MS, LAT, ATC, Athletic Trainer

Originally from Sterling Heights, MI, Samantha went to Lincoln Memorial University for her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training while playing soccer for the same university. She obtained her master’s of science in Exercise Science at Columbus State University in Georgia, where she worked with women’s volleyball, softball, men’s and women’s tennis, and men’s and women’s golf. Following graduate school, Samantha took a full-time position at her alma mater where she worked with multiple teams through her four years there. She was the Associate Head Athletic Trainer and Senior Woman Administrator when she took a new direction and joined Rebound, a company that specializes in assisting first responders through the orthopedic system. With them, she helped develop Rebound Vitality, implementing a movement assessment and developing preventative exercise programs in fire and police departments across the country. During that time Samantha completed her MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration. Samantha joined Dr. Vidal’s team in August of 2021. Her main roles include running an efficient clinic, assisting in the operating room, and administrative duties.

Nina Zalenski, Practice Coordinator

Nina is originally from Columbus, Ohio and has lived in Summit County, Colorado for almost 9 years. She graduated from The Ohio State University (GO BUCKS!) with her Bachelor’s of Science and Human Ecology (pre-occupational therapy) in 2014. Instead of going right into the medical field after undergrad, she decided to pursue one of her passions of working in the outdoor industry and moved to Colorado. After 4.5 years, she then decided to move into medicine. Nina has now been working in orthopedics/sports medicine for 5.5 years. She really enjoys helping athletes get back to the things they love and enjoys building relationships with her patients. Nina currently resides in Silverthorne with her husband Erik and their two fur babies: Koda the dog and Banjo the cat. She and her husband love mountain biking/road biking, hiking, backcountry skiing/snowboarding, fly fishing, and traveling as much as possible! Nina serves as the Practice Coordinator for Dr. Leslie Vidal.
